Gelato & Sorbets
Artisanal gelato in Italy generally contains 6–9% butterfat, which is lower than other styles of frozen dessert. Gelato typically contains 35% air (substantially less than American-style ice cream) and more flavoring than other kinds of frozen desserts, giving it a density and richness that distinguishes it from other ice creams.
We serve more than 30 gelato flavours in our showcases.
Sicilia Pistachio, Yoghurt, Cheesecake, New Yorker cheese cake, Tiramisu , Crunchy , Kinder, Kinder Bueno, Chocolate, Snickers, Cookies, Oreo, Arabian Kashta and Esmaliyi, Bounty, Raffaello, Mint After Eight, Crackers, and plenty more of delicious flavours.
Unlike Gelato, sorbet is always a dairy and egg free frozen treat. It is, therefore, the lowest fat content of the frozen treats. Sorbetto is made with sweetened juice, fresh fruit puree with water and it is denser than gelato.
We serve these flavours depending on the availability of the fresh fruits during seasons.
We mainly serve Wild Strawberry, Melon, Avocado, Raspberry, Mango, Lemon, Passion fruit, Mandarin, Lime, Pomegranate, and Pine apple.
